An Exclusive Sponsorship Event:
When a company sponsors this reception at Airworthiness, it allows them the opportunity to meet and greet AA&S attendees in a casual and fun atmosphere. This reception is an annual favorite of the conference attendees as it promotes casual networking in a fun atmosphere with live music, cocktails and food. As host company, you can mingle and network in a setting conducive to relaxed conversation. This traditional highlight of the conference is offered as an exclusive sponsorship and the host company is welcome to introduce as much of their company's personality into the evening as desired...custom logos on food, specialty drinks, etc.
In addition to the recognition that all sponsors will receive, signage will be displayed at the reception with your company's logo.

Providing The Internet To The People:
The Cyber Café provides great visibility for your organization as these stations will be placed in the main Conference Registration area or the Exhibit Hall, which is a high traffic area. Your company name and logo will be printed on the kiosk header and be displayed on the laptop's home page.

Advertise Your Company In The 2012 Final Program:
Choose to sponsor a full or half page advertisement in the 2012 AA&S Conference Final Program highlighting your organization's latest technology. If your organization has purchased a booth at the conference, you may choose to purchase the advertising sponsorship to direct conference attendees to your exhibit, to learn more about what your company can offer. Final artwork is provided by your organization to us and is then formatted into the Final Program that each conference attendee will receive. Upon sign up for this, you will be contacted by our Graphics Department for specific set up details.
