A Letter From The Chairman

Welcome to the 2010 Aircraft Airworthiness & Sustainment (AA&S) Conference, formerly known as the Aging Aircraft Conference. We have changed the name to recognize that we are looking beyond the classical focus on older aircraft, adding new topics that are intended to anticipate and position the community to proactively deal with airworthiness and sustainment issues in existing and future systems. Please take the time to look at the promotional video, which provides more detail. The conference is designed to be of interest to DOD, NASA, FAA and industry professionals. It is an excellent forum for sharing ideas and developing new efforts to address airworthiness and sustainment issues facing the community. Hopefully, every attendee will be able to take advantage of the wide variety of research, training and technology made available during the conference. I look forward to seeing you in Austin.
